Your mission
- You are the contact person for teachers who are interested or already using the product
- You inform and advise them by phone and email about our product range
- You support and accompany teachers when they get started and use it systematically
- You coordinate the forwarding of customer feedback to our product managers and quality assurance
Your profile
- Initial experience in customer service or customer support would be great
- You are a strong communicator and the satisfaction of our teachers is important to you
- You enjoy working independently, but are a team player with a high sense of responsibility
- You have good written and spoken German skills - English would be nice, but not a must.
